The investigation continues into today’s collision on I-75 southbound in Solana.
The highway patrol says 39-year-old Tara Agnew of Fort Myers moved her Honda from the inside lane to the outside lane behind a Kenworth.
Witnesses say the front of Agnew’s vehicle hit the back of that second vehicle and went onto the west shoulder. Then Agnew’s vehicle traveled south down an embankment and caught fire. It stopped 100 feet down it in the trees facing southwest.
Agnew and two young children in her vehicle have injuries.
