PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Damon, 25, of 21298 Percy Ave., on Monday on animal cruelty charges after an investigation stemming back to December of last year.
Damon is charged with the abandonment of an animal, and tormenting, depriving, or mutilating an animal in regards to a brown and white pit bull.
