A Charlotte County deputy’s out of a job, for conduct unbecoming an officer. NBC2 reports two women claim they saw former deputy first class Richard Jones with his pants down in a park while he was with a woman. According to those witnesses, they didn’t see any sexual activity. Jones told investigators he had stopped in the park to relieve himself, and denied meeting a woman at that location. Investigators found Jones violated rules of being a deputy and he was fired earlier this month.
