(PORT CHARLOTTE) Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics detectives, in an undercover operation, arrested a Crack Cocaine drug dealer and his supplier Tuesday in Port Charlotte. Arrested were Eric Charles Householder, 35, 21150 Gertrude Avenue; and Thomas Denyse Flynn, 54, 343 Northview Street, both of Port Charlotte.

Narcotics detectives made two previous undercover drug purchases from Householder; Oxycodone from him on Jan. 25, and Marijuana on Jan. 29. Tuesday around 2:45 p.m. detectives arranged to buy Crack Cocaine from Flynn and Householder in Port Charlotte. Once the exchange of money for Crack was made, other Narcotics detectives followed Flynn in his 2006 Nissan and made a traffic stop. The undercover pre-recorded money was located in Householders front pocket. At that time Householder said Flynn was his Crack supplier and he was selling it for him. Detectives searched the car and found Crack Cocaine in a paper towel in a pair of pants in the back seat of Flynn’s car; Flynn said the pants were his.

Flynn and Householder were arrested and transported to the Charlotte County Jail. Both were charged with Sale and Delivery of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Householder was additionally charged in the two previous drug buys for Sale and Delivery of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Sale and Delivery of Oxycodone and Possession of Oxycodone. Flynn’s Nissan was seized for forfeiture.

Flynn, a convicted felon, remains in jail on no bond; Householder posted a $20,500 bond and was released this morning. Anyone with knowledge of illegal drug activity is asked to please call the CCSO Narcotics Unit at 941-575-2157 or Crime Stoppers at 800-780-TIPS (8477).
