(ENGLEWOOD) Charlotte County Sheriff’s detective’s report the last two fugitives of seven were arrested Monday in Englewood (Sarasota County side). They were all involved in the Jan. 26 theft of nine weapons, and over $70,000 in cash and silver collectors coins taken from a safe at a home in the Englewood area.

CCSO Warrant Squad detectives, who are also part of the U.S. Marshal Task Force, obtained information that Justin Kyle Richardson, 30, and Jessica Kay Kieck, 24, both of the Englewood area, was staying in a trailer on Morningside Drive. Assisting were CCSO Narcotics detectives and Sarasota County Sheriff’s deputies, who went to the location and found both of them inside a locked trailer. They surrendered without incident and were taken to the Sarasota County Jail. Both will be transferred back to Charlotte County to face charges. Detectives have also solved other crimes on some of those arrested in this case.

Richardson was charged with Armed Burglary, nine (9) counts of Grand Theft of a Firearm, Grand Theft (cash and silver coins), and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Kieck was charged with being a Principle to Grand Theft; she was also arrested on a Violation of Probation on a Sarasota County warrant.

The others arrested in this case are:

William Brandon Shaffer, 30, Englewood, for Grand Theft, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Adam Joseph Fulp, 28, Englewood, Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property and False Pawn Ownership.

Todd Michael Matsinger, 39, Englewood, Armed Burglary, Grand Theft of Firearms, and Grand Theft.

Ross William Houle, 22, Rotonda West, Grand Theft.

Christopher Douglas Huntoon, 36, Gulf Cove, Grand Theft, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Tampering with Evidence.

CCSO detectives said seven of the nine weapons have been recovered; six of them were located by the CCSO Dive Team in an Englewood canal. The seventh weapon was seized when undercover Sarasota County Sheriff’s detectives bought the stolen weapon from Patricia Joyce Snyder, 47, and her daughter Jennifer Elizabeth Snyder, 26, both of Englewood (Sarasota County).
