The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has scheduled another Civilian Gun Safety Course for March 23rd, because the March 16th class reached capacity. Pre-registration’s required for the new class. Sgt. Greg Kalosis says If you have your own firearm, bring it, and 50 rounds of ammunition (no reloads). CCSO will provide hearing and eye protection. The course costs $35, payable to CCSO by check or money order. If you don’t have your own weapon, or need more info about the course, call Sgt. Kalosis at 941-575-5367. Again, all participants must be pre-registered.
