A Port Charlotte High School student is facing charges of Possession of a Weapon on School Grounds, a felony, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of drug paraphernalia. The 15-year-old was arrested Tuesday for bringing 100 razor blades, along with the pot and drug paraphernalia to school. The student told the school’s resource officer that he had the blades because he’s fascinated with sharp objects and uses them to cut things. The teen was taken to the Charlotte County Jail, released to a parent and placed on home detention. It’s his third arrest.
