One of the people believed responsible for a recent Charlotte County jewelry heist has been captured.

Sheriff’s detectives arrested Dolores Irene Rose yesterday. They also planned to take her boyfriend, Benjamin Paul Hochmuth into custody, but he ditched a scheduled court appearance in a drug case. Deputies say the pair stole $13,550 in jewelry from a Gardens of Gulf Cove home Oct. 17 and late pawned items at two businesses. Nicoletti was charged with grand theft, dealing in stolen property and false verification of ownership. Hochmuth will face the same charges once he is arrested.
