Manatee County detectives are asking for your help in finding two thugs who robbed a Bradenton man at gunpoint last night. They say the victim was on his way home from a painting job when the muggers came up to him on 8th Street Court East and knocked him off his bicycle. One of the thugs put a pistol to his head, demanding all his money. The victim told them he didn’t have any. That’s when the armed mugger pistol-whipped him until he passed out. He later discovered his money gone. The victim described the suspects as two black males, about 16 to 18. They were wearing black starter shirts and black shorts with a white stripe. One was carrying a black back pack.
