Charlotte Cardiovascular Institute is being sued by three employees who say one cardiologist sexually harassed and assaulted them. The suit, filed in federal court, claims they reported to the hospital what they say Dr. Cesar Yepes did to them. Yet, the hospital looked the other way. The alleged victims include two nurses.
