Prosecutors in the case of a Sarasota man accused in two murders say a jury should be allowed to hear of his prior arrest on domestic violence charges. 48-year-old John Lee is on trial in the deaths of his former girlfriend and a neighbor just hours after he was released from jail on teh previous charges. Prosecutors say that after being warned to stay away from the ex-girlfriend and her neighbor, Lee nonetheless made dozens of phone calls to her and later killed the two at a Park road home.
