An investigation that reportedly uncovered a plan to distribute marijuana in three Sun Coast counties has a Nokomis man on his way to prison. Jeremy Bibley was one of seven people arrested by federal agents last November as part of a year-long investigation. Agents said they confiscated more than eight hundred pounds of marijuana that the group intended to distribute in Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee Counties. Sibley is now beginning a prison sentence of more than sixteen years after being convicted of conspiracy to distribute pot.
