A Sarasota man was airlifted to Blake Memorial HOspital following a single-car crash yesterday morning. The Florida Highway patrol says 88-year old Aldo Giano was westbound on Wilkinson Road about 9:30 yesterday morning when he lost control of a 1996 Toyota Camry and hit a tree, rolling the car onto its roof. He suffered serious injuries.
