(CHARLOTTE COUNTY) Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives Thursday arrested four known drug dealers involved in undercover drug buys last November or December.

Arrested were:
Michael Randall Campbell, 51, 4375 Laura Street, Charlotte Harbor
Melissa Rochel Lanier, 43, 7465 Ebro Road, Englewood
Matthew Allen Ward, 25, 1208 Sultana Street, Port Charlotte
Rachel Dawn Searle, 18, 22179 Hernando Avenue, Port Charlotte.

Campbell was arrested for selling Oxycodone three times in undercover operations. He is charged with 3 counts Trafficking in Oxycodone, 3 counts Possession of Oxycodone and 3 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Campbell remains in jail on $28,500 bond; this is his 12th booking into the County Jail.

Lanier remains in jail on $15,000 bond for a November drug sale of Oxycodone. She is charged with Sale and Delivery of Oxycodone and Possession of Oxycodone.

Ward and Searle were arrested for selling Methadone in a December undercover drug buy. Both were arrested and charged with Sale and Delivery of Methadone. Ward is a convicted felon, has been booked nine times; he remains in jail on no bond. Searle has also been booked nine times. She was transported to the Charlotte County Jail then to the Department of Juvenile Justice in Ft. Myers as she was 17 when the drug buy was transacted.
