A coupla couples from out of state, states where its cold in the winter, told NBC 2 that they came they saw, they rented in Punta Gorda. Now, Realtors say they can’t keep up with the snowbirds. The rentals are going so fast in this smaller community that some Realtors have put out a sign asking for available houses, and they’re getting responses. They say people are calling, wanting to rent out their properties, while the sellers market recovers, for anywhere from a month to a year or more.
