The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office has charged Casper Dustin Milford Michael, DOB 4/26/85, 3016 22nd street, Sarasota, with two counts of Sexual Battery on a Child.
Detectives say during a forensic interview at The Child Protection Center, the five-year-old victim, who was four when the crimes occurred, described in detail how Michael sexually battered him on numerous occasions. The victim first reported the activity to his uncle last week. The uncle contacted the child’s mother who alerted authorities.
When detectives went to Michael’s place of employment to question him today he confessed to the crime. Michael was arrested and booked into the Sarasota County Jail.
