More charges today against the man accused of murdering an off-duty SCAT bus driver in November. In addition to murder charges, deputies are now charging 31-year-old Charles Hill with kidnapping and robbery with a firearm. He’s accused in the death of James Brotherton of Port Charlotte. The two were shown in a bank ATM surveillance video shortly before Brotherton was gunned down in Sarasota on November 21st.
