An arrest in the hit-and-run accident that killed a five-year-old girl. Police say 38-year-old Kieron James of Bradenton turned himself in late last night after authorities had launched a search for the driver. The Highway Patrol says James was the driver of a car that struck and killed five-year-old Kimora Samuel as she and a fifteen-year-old girl tried to cross Tamiami Trail on Monday evening. James facing several charges now including leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
