It started as a Halloween prank, four teenage boys throwing eggs at parked cars in Deep Creek. But it escalated to throwing hard objects that damaged vehicle and smashed a window on an oncoming truck containing a couple and their one-year-old daughter. They weren’t hurt but now, four Charlotte High School students have been charged with felony by throwing a deadly missile. The three juveniles are on home detention for 21 days; the 18-year-old posted $5,000 bail.
