She’s already in jail on child abuse charges, and now a Sarasota mom faces prescription fraud charges too.
It was her adult son who told police that 38 year old Sandra Freeman was taking the Adderall that was meant for him and his sister. Nineteen year old Fredrick Freeman said that because of his mother’s drug addiction, she would wash her 19 month old son in bleach. The toddler now lives with his father. Sandra Freeman was already in jail for bleaching the child, but now faces charges of fraudulently obtaining prescriptions for Adderall. She’s in jail with no bond on the latest charge, but her bond for the child abuse charge is more than 100 thousand dollars.
