A 17-year old Cape Coral boy is behind bars for having sex with an 11-year old girl — in, of all places, a church. Officers were called after the girl’s mother took her to the hospital for an evaluation. She’d found the girl after the evening service, and the girl admitted she and the teen had had sex in the church restroom. Though the girl consented, Pierre Tony is charged with sexual battery due to her young age. He came in for questioning and his eventual arrest voluntarily.
