Seems like orange cone zones are everywhere as summer and fall road construction continues throughout the Sun Coast. Leading the pack is I-75, where transportation officials say you can continue to expect delays for some time to come. The Florida Department of Transportation is widening the highway to six lanes and realigning part of it. Expected to be completed by the summer of 2012, the project also includes a couple of new southbound bridges and several interchange improvements.
