Englewood’s big annual Pioneer Days celebration kicked off with the Englewood Idol competition last night. Now, on to the weekend where one highlight will be the popular Cardboard Boat Race tomorrow morning at ten at Indian Mound Park. Also there, the Englewood Idol winner will perform and the winner of the Mayor For A Day will be announced. Parade day is Monday, of course. It’s the 55th annual Pioneer Days in Englewood.
